Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

GEG Comfort strives to deliver a satisfactory service to all its customers. We have a wide range of products that can meet your interests and your needs.

Change or modification of already placed order(s) 

Changes to your placed order/s (for example, add and/or remove item(s) or cancel your order, whether in full or in part) must be done within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the order. Fees and charges may apply if you cancel or modify your order after 24 hours or after your order is already shipped and/or delivered. We will not charge the card for 24 hours from the time of the order.

For cancellation and/or modification of the order please reach out at support@gegcomfort.com, text message or leave a voice mail within the 24 hours of the purchase. This will give us an opportunity not to order with the manufacturer. If cancelled later than 24 hours from the time of purchase, a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping/delivery charges may apply. Most cancellation requests are reviewed and responded within 1-3 business days. If your order has been successfully cancelled, however after 24 hours of the order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Usually, it takes up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account.

 

Exception: Orders for VIG Furniture brand cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as mentioned above.

Return in case of damage

Upon receipt of the order at the rendered address the customer is responsible and required to check and inspect the delivered product to make sure there is no any damage and/or it is not defected. The delivery agent will help the customer out with that process. The customer signs a document confirming:

-      The receipt of the product, and;

-      The completeness of the product, i.e. the delivered product is not damaged and/or defected.

In case of any issues, i.e. product is damaged and/or defected, the customer can simply do not accept the appropriate item/s, take a photo, if needed, and record or note on the receipt of confirmation. Customer must also contact us immediately for a replacement. Note, that we can repair or replace specific item/s damaged or defected (for example, only the leg of the dining table is damaged and/or defected and needs to be either replaced or repaired). In addition, if during inspection one of the parts of the item/s is missing, we will ship the missing parts, at our earliest convenience.  

Return in case the customer is unhappy with the product

In case you want to return an item purchased from GEG Comfort online store for any reason, you can do so within 10 calendar days following the date when your order was delivered to you, however, provided that such item is in new condition, in original packaging (we recommend to keep all original packaging for 10 days after merchandise delivery) and, applicable, has all original product tags, as well as that such an item has not been assembled, installed, used and/or modified. Returns not meeting criteria herein will not qualify for refund. GEG Comfort is not responsible for any damages and issues, including, but not limited to fading, losing stitching, tearing, breaking of any item you purchased from us after 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs arising from such return and associated with shipping and delivering such item back to us, since we will not be able to resell such products to other customers at the same price (items are no longer considered brand new once returned to us) and product storage and shipping costs may be very high.

If customer refuses delivery for any reason, including, but not limited to, items not fitting through any of the doors of your building aria, in the designated space (please make sure to carefully check product dimensions available on our website prior to placing your order), or if merchandise cannot be delivered for any reasons, including, but not limited to, wrong address and/or contact information provided to us, intended recipient not being able to accept and/or sign for delivery or being away from designated delivery address that we have on file, this will not be considered a return – instead, it will be considered a missed appointment or refused delivery, respectively - and the terms and conditions set in our Shipping Policy shall apply.

GEG Comfort is not responsible for any injuries caused by the use of any item you purchased from us.

IMPORTANT: If customer has an open claim with GEG Comfort online store, any new order placed with our company can be processed only after the claim is resolved in correspondence to all the terms and conditions set in our return policy.


Return Restrictions and Non-Returnable Items

The following is not subject for return: 

- All products by VIG Furniture brand;

- Items without original packaging and, if applicable, tags; 
- Assembled, installed, used, altered and/or modified products; 
- Items that are not in new condition; 
- Special orders

- Clearance items; 
- If quantity for same product is more than one, this will be treated as bulk order. Bulk orders are non-returnable. Before placing such orders, we strongly recommend that you order a sample for inspection and evaluation;
- Any item not purchased from GEG Comfort online store; 
- Any returns after expiration of 10 calendar days from the delivery date; 
- Items with signs of wear and tear resulting from their use; 
- All mattresses due to the personal nature of their use; 
- Following products: standard sized box springs (returns based on their size are not accepted); 
- All products from the following categories: appliances, lighting; 
- In rare cases, some products like items in categories Clearance, Open Box are not subject to our 10-Day Standard Return Policy and therefore may not be returned.

Product Dimensions / Color / Material / Appearance / Price Discrepancies 

We use product images, descriptions and other information provided by manufacturers. Therefore, we have no control over quality and accuracy of such information. Besides, due to monitor settings and quality, product color may vary from the one shown on the image. If precise dimensions, colors or patterns are critical to you, please feel free to contact us so that we can double check product details with the manufacturer before you place an order with us. Please note that even after contacting the manufacturer (i.e. by checking their website and calling them) we cannot guarantee that information provided by the latter is 100% accurate and correct since there is always a possibility of human error on the part of the manufacturer. All returns resulting from dimensions, material, color and appearance are subject to the terms and conditions set in our 10-Day Standard Return Policy.

From time to time, manufacturers update their inventory and prices without us knowing thereof. If you order a product from us, the price for which was increased by the manufacturer without us knowing that (i.e. old price is shown on our website), we will let you know of the price increase and update the price on our website. If this is the case, you can cancel the order and get a full refund for the amount that you have already paid for such item or place a new order for the same product with an updated price (the previous order will be cancelled and we will issue a full refund for the amount that has already been paid by you).

GEG Comfort reserves the right to cancel any order, if we determine that we are not able to fulfill it for any reason. This can also happen because of the product unavailability in the manufacturer’s stock. If so, we will refund the full amount paid by you when placing such an order that we had to cancel as mentioned above and will offer other similar products, respectively. GEG Comfort bears no responsibility for any discrepancies, mistakes, errors, bugs, etc., regarding product dimensions, color, appearance and price, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising therefrom.
