How Much Is Shipping?

  • Free delivery is available in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties, as well as most ZIP codes in San Bernardino County.

  • Delivery is also available in the rest of San Bernardino County, and in San Diego and Riverside counties for orders over $900.

  • Delivery availability and fees for other areas (including selected parts of Nevada and Arizona) are confirmed at checkout or by our team prior to delivery.


What Is Your Warranty and Refund Policy?

Manufacturer warranties apply to most products and vary by brand.

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing parts, or defects must be noted immediately.

Due to the nature of furniture and special-order items:

  • Most products are subject to a 10-day return policy, provided the product has not been assembled or used.

  • Refunds or replacements are handled according to manufacturer warranty terms and delivery inspection results

Do You Offer Assembly Services?

Yes. Assembly services are available for all products.

Assembly fees vary based on the following factors:

Can I Schedule the Exact Date for Order Delivery?

Yes. We offer delivery date reservations with a delivery time window (exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed).

Please contact us with your preferred delivery date and time window at least 3 business days in advance.

If you do not have a preferred delivery date, once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule the earliest available delivery date and provide a time window based on route availability.
