GEG Comfort may change any information available on the Website, including, without any limitation, product captions, prices and availability, as well as terms, on which products are sold without prior notice. Sometimes, Website may be unavailable for reasons, including, without any limitations, maintenance and interruptions. By accessing the Website, you guarantee that you will not hold GEG Comfort liable regarding such Website unavailability as well as inaccuracies or typological errors. If you place your order with the Website and upon its revision, we find out that the item(s) in your order is/are mispriced, we will contact you for your further instructions. In most situations, the merchant services system integrated into the Website will not charge your card (this is not applicable to payments via PayPal platform) unless the fulfillment process has already started. If shipping and billing addresses are different and/or we are not able to reach the customer over the phone and/or otherwise contact the buyer, we reserve the right to cancel the order for the purpose of fraud prevention. When making use of the Website you guarantee to hold GEG Comfort harmless from, and GEG Comfort shall not be in any manner liable for, any discrepancies, including, without any limitations, in price or information available on the Website.
SPECIAL ORDER
Special Order typically refers to products which are custom-built to your own specifications, and items which are imported on a per-order basis. Special Order may also refer to items that are in a stock in limited quantities but in special order color combinations. Because of the custom nature of Special-Order items, each order is charged 50% in advance (at the time of the order), and 50% upon shipment. The lead times on special orders vary based on the item's place of origin. Special Order items which are built domestically are typically delivered in 4-6 weeks. Special Order items which are imported from overseas typically take between 8-10 weeks. In rare instances, Special Order items which are both imported and custom-built may take up to 16 weeks (as noted on product pages).
USE OF "COOKIE"
GEG Comfort reserves the right to store information on a user's computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file for purposes of modifying the Website to reflect users' preferences.
DISCLAIMER
You agree that GEG Comfort will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential or incidental damages or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of a Website or linked websites, even if GEG Comfort is made aware of the possibility of such damages.
