("GEG Comfort"), including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping/Delivery Policy, as well as terms & conditions contained and/or referenced in any and/or all receipts, purchase agreements and/or any and/or all other documents (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”), is an agreement between GEG Comfort and website user (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “you” or “Customer”) – separately referred to as a “Party” and jointly as “Parties” – that is legally binding on both Parties and describes their respective rights and obligations. By accessing this website www.gegcomfort.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We advise that you read these Terms and Conditions as well as our referenced policies before using the Website. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS

User access to and use of the Website is subject to all applicable laws of the state of California.

COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARKS

ORDERS WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

If you choose to pay using a credit or debit card, please be aware of the following requirements:

• The cardholder must be present at the time of delivery at the specified delivery address.
• The cardholder must present both a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit or debit card used for the purchase for identity verification.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in:

• Refusal of delivery
• Cancellation of the order

These verification measures are in place to protect our customers and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

ORDERS WITH CASH/ZELLE ON DELIVERY PAYMENT OPTION

If you choose to pay using cash or Zelle upon delivery, please note the following requirements:

For Cash Payments:

• The recipient must have the full order total in cash ready at the time of delivery.
• Payment must be made before the products are unloaded at the designated delivery address.
• A receipt will be provided upon request.

For Zelle Payments:

• The recipient must send the full order total via Zelle to gegcomfort@gmail.com before unloading.
• The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in:

• Refusal of delivery
• Cancellation of the order

These measures are in place to protect our customers and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

ORDERS WITH AFFIRM FINANCING

If you choose to pay using Affirm financing, please note the following requirement:

• The borrower must be present at the time of delivery at the designated delivery address.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery for identity verification.

Failure to be present or to provide valid identification may result in:

• Refusal of delivery
• Cancellation of the order

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery and verification process.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF THE SITE AND ORDERS

GEG Comfort may change any information available on the Website, including, without limitation, product captions, prices, availability, and terms of sale, without prior notice. The Website may also be unavailable at times for reasons such as maintenance or interruptions. By accessing the Website, you agree not to hold GEG Comfort liable for any such unavailability, inaccuracies, or typographical errors. If an order is placed and an item is found to be mispriced, we will contact you with options.

In most situations, payment will not be processed until fulfillment begins (this does not apply to PayPal payments). If shipping and billing addresses differ or if we cannot reach the buyer, we reserve the right to cancel the order to prevent fraud.

By using the Website, you agree to hold GEG Comfort harmless for any discrepancies, including pricing or information errors.

SPECIAL ORDER

Special Orders refer to products that are custom-built or imported on a per-order basis. They may also include limited-stock items in special color combinations.

• 50% of the payment is required at the time of order, and the remaining 50% is due upon shipment.
• Domestic Special Orders are typically delivered in 4–6 weeks.
• Imported Special Orders usually take 8–10 weeks, and up to 16 weeks in rare cases (noted on product pages).

USE OF "COOKIES"

GEG Comfort reserves the right to store information on a user's computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file to customize Website preferences.

DISCLAIMER

You agree that GEG Comfort shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or incidental damages or losses arising from or related to use of the Website or any linked websites, even if GEG Comfort is advised of the possibility of such damages.
