Return Policy – GEG Comfort
At GEG Comfort, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and cancellation policies carefully.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes to your order (adding/removing items or canceling in full or in part) must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- No charges will be made to your card during this 24-hour window.
- To request a change or cancellation, email support@gegcomfort.com or leave a text or voicemail within 24 hours.
After 24 hours:
- A 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping/delivery charges will apply.
- Most cancellation requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
- If eligible, refunds will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Exception: Orders for VIG Furniture cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
Returns Due to Damage or Defects
Upon delivery, you must inspect your item(s) and report any damage or defect immediately to the delivery agent.
- The delivery team will assist you with inspection.
- You will be required to sign a receipt confirming:
- Delivery of the item
- That it was received in complete and undamaged condition
- If you discover damage or missing parts:
- Do not accept the damaged item(s).
- Take photos and note the issue on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us immediately for a repair or replacement.
- If parts are missing, we will ship them to you as soon as possible.
Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item:
- Return must be initiated within 10 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be:
- In new condition
- In its original packaging
- Unassembled, unused, and unmodified
- With all original tags, if applicable
Items not meeting these criteria will not qualify for a refund.
Returns are subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee
- All shipping and return delivery costs
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns if:
- Original packaging was not kept
- Items show signs of use (scratches, stains, damage)
- Tags or parts do not match original shipment
If delivery is refused for reasons such as:
- The item does not fit through your space
- Incorrect delivery address or contact information
- No one is available to accept the delivery
These are considered missed or refused deliveries, not valid returns, and are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Important Notes
If you have an open claim, we cannot process any new orders until that claim is resolved in accordance with this policy.
Return Restrictions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- All VIG Furniture brand products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Assembled, installed, used, altered, or modified products
- Special orders, final sale, or clearance items
- Bulk orders (2+ of the same item)
- Items showing wear and tear
- All mattresses
- Box springs (returns not accepted for sizing issues)
- Items from the following categories: Mattresses, Lighting
- Open Box or Clearance items (unless otherwise specified)
Color / Material / Sizing / Price Discrepancies
We use manufacturer-supplied photos and specifications. Please note:
- Product colors may vary due to screen settings.
- Dimensions, materials, or finishes may differ slightly.
- If exact specifications are important, please contact us to confirm before placing your order.
Returns due to appearance-related issues are subject to our 10-Day Return Policy.
If a manufacturer updates product prices or inventory:
- We will notify you of the change.
- You may cancel for a full refund or reorder at the updated price.
GEG Comfort reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory, pricing errors, or product availability.
